| Reservation Policies Reservations can only be made with a credit card. If calling to make a reservation please have your card information handy. Your card will be charged a fee equal to the cost of your first nights stay at the time of the reservation. Customers choosing to pay with cash will still be required to produce a valid credit card in their name to be kept on file for the duration of their stay. Reservation Cancellation - Reservations cancelled 30 days or more from the reservation date will a receive refund on their deposit less a $25 administration fee - Reservations that are canceled 29 days or less from reservation date will not receive a refund of their reservation fee (reservation fee = cost of the first nights stay) No early check-outs, no exceptions If you have any questions about these policies please give us a call anytime. |
| Smoking Policies Our goal here at The Mountain Breeze is to provide a clean pleasant atmosphere so our guest will return time after time. Among other amenities, we offer rooms for our non-smoking guests as well as our guests that choose to smoke. Guests that choose to smoke in our non-smoking rooms will be charged a $100 clean-up fee. If you smell smoke in one of our non-smoking rooms please alert the staff when you first enter the unit. |
