| Reservation Policies Reservations can only be made with a credit card. If calling to make a reservation please have your card information handy. Your card will be charged a fee equal to the cost of your first nights stay at the time of the reservation. Customers choosing to pay with cash will still be required to produce a valid credit card in their name to be kept on file for the duration of their stay. EARLY CHECK-INS If you want to check in before 3pm, you will be required to pay an extra $25 per room to have your room ready! We will need to know when you make your reservations if you will be arriving early, so we can have housekeeping get them clean before you arrive! THERE ARE A LIMITED NUMBER OF EARLY CHECK-INS!!! Reservation Cancellation - Reservations cancelled 30 days or more from the reservation date will receive a refund on their deposit less a $25 administration fee - Reservations that are canceled 29 days or less from reservation date will not receive a refund of their reservation fee (reservation fee = cost of the first nights stay) No early check-outs, no exceptions!!! If you have any questions about these policies please give us a call anytime. Acts of God – WE shall NOT be liable for events beyond our control which may interfere with Guest (s) occupancy, including but not limited to Acts of God, acts of governmental agencies, fire, strikes, war, or inclement weather. | Smoking Policies Our goal here at The Mountain Breeze is to provide a clean pleasant atmosphere so our guest will return time after time. Among other amenities, we offer rooms for our non-smoking guests as well as our guests that choose to smoke. Guests that choose to smoke in our non-smoking rooms will be charged a $100 clean-up fee. If you smell smoke in one of our non-smoking rooms please alert the staff when you first enter the unit. |
